Shipping:

All products are shipped from Vancouver BC, using Canada Post. 

- Domestic orders shipped via 'Expedited Parcel' (includes tracking). Approx 2-8 business days.

- International orders shipped via 'Tracked Packet' (includes tracking). Approx 5-12 business days. Available for: Australia, Denmark, Germany, Malaysia, Netherlands, Singapore, Spain, United Kingdom, USA.

- International customers from a country other than those listed above, please contact us for shipping information and options ([email protected]).

Returns/Exchanges:

An item may be returned for a refund within 1 week from the day is is received by the customer. We will not refund any item that has been played with, dropped, damaged, or otherwise marked. In the case of a return, a refund (less the cost of shipping) will be issued once the item has been received by us and determined to be in good condition.
